Fredric D. Rubin, JD

Mediation Attorney Fredric D. Rubin, J.D earned a B.A. degree from Franklin and Marshall College 1972 where he graduated cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his J.D. degree in 1975 from Villanova University Law School, where he was appointed to the Moot Court Board at the end of the first year, based on academic achievement. During his seventh year of private practice, he enrolled in the Academy of Advocacy program, which was then taught at Villanova Law School, and became a Fellow in 1982.

Mr. Rubin was Past President and Treasurer of the Family Mediation Association of the Delaware Valley, a member of the Pennsylvania Council of Mediators, and a practitioner member of the national Academy of Family Mediators. He has trained extensively around the country in mediation and communication and has been involved in planning and teaching a number of accredited continuing legal education courses in mediation. He has served as a member of the Northampton Township, Bucks County Youth Aid Panel.

Mr. Rubin’s area of focus is family law mediation. His concentration is in family law matters and numerous types of first and third party personal injury, property, casualty and bad faith claims. He has broad litigation experience in state and federal court, in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, having tried cases to verdict in both states. He has argued various appellate matters before the Pennsylvania Superior Court, the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
