For the past thirteen years Elizabeth G. Daugherty, JD has been a matrimonial and family law litigation attorney in Broward County, Florida. During that time, she has successfully and frequently relied upon mediation as a cost effective, peaceful way for my clients to end their conflicts and resolve their divorce, in a way that allowed them to preserve their families and finances. In 2007, Elizabeth G. Daugherty gave up litigation in favor of mediation, and currently work only as a family law mediator.
