Our mission at Divorce Done Right is to help parents and children achieve a Successful Divorce less expense, pain or acrimony than with a typical litigated divorce.

We do this by educating couples and getting them started with the mediation process, families can work through the conflicts that are usually exacerbated by divorce litigation, and parents can make decisions in a way that best serves their family's interests. "Resolution Representation" is a resolution-oriented alternative for couples that cannot agree to proceed with mediation. Divorce Done Right helps to preserve harmony and peace between parents and their children, and preserve financial resources for all of their futures.

For most of the past two decades, Jon Ostroff, Founder of DivorceDoneRight, has started and successfully grown a few law firms, handled many high-profile cases, and volunteered his time for a number of causes. By all accounts, he has had a distinguished and successful legal career. Then he fell prey to a growing trend in America...divorce.

After overcoming the struggles of his divorce, Jon felt compelled to use his experience in a positive way, to offer other divorcing couples an opportunity to reduce the heartbreak that have become so common in many divorces.

I know in my heart that many families will benefit from what we're doing."
